Ayahuasca can have extreme negative side effects if taken with some presciptions drugs...especially anti-depressants such as Prozac and other Seratonin reuptake inhibitors. Unless you have specific knowledge about the interaction between MAOI's, seratonin reuptake inhibitors and ayahuasca, avoid ayahuasca experiences if you are using anti-depressants.
