If then the government desires to outlaw the mushrooms themselves by adding them to the list of controlled substances, they will first have to hold a hearing. At such a hearing our church will be there to demand an exemption from any such new law for our church's sacramental use of the Sacred Mushroom. This exemption will be similar to the peyote exemption given the Native American Church for their sacrament when the controlled substances laws first scheduled peyote.

Persons interested in further legal information, church information, or desiring to help out with the expenses involved in mounting the initial challenge and the inevitable appeal should pay attention to the various addresses that will soon be left at some links.
